1. Pay =N= 10, 500 cash (only) for UI DLC Application Form 2011/2012 in any branch of the participating Bank(Zenith).
2. Collect the Confirmation Order Number equivalent to the amount paid for your APPLICATION FORM.

Procedure for Online Application

Log in to your Applicant portal here
If you have been given admission, print the Acceptance fee page and follow the instructions

Follow this link to print notification letter.
Pay the sum of N5,000 acceptance fee into any branch of Zenith bank - A/C no 1130037115 on
XPATH Platform.
Go back to the portal through this link. You will be taken to the Acceptance Fee page.
At the top right corner of the Notification Admission page, click on the link for Acceptance pin verification
Input the pin of N5,000 collected from the bank to have access to download your admissionletter.
Please note that your school fee is on the admission letter.
Go to the designated bank (ZENITH BANK) and pay into the account number on the admission letter
Obtain a receipt containing your Fees Confirmation Order Number and continue your registration on the portal through this link

• Print Your Notificatiion Letter Of Admission By using the Print Notification Letter Link on the Left hand corner above Continuing with your acceptance of Provisional Admission requires you to have done the following: • Pay for your DLC UI school fees(on your notification letter) at any participating bank and obtain a receipt containing your Fees Confirmation Order Number • Sign up on this portal with the Confirmation Order Number to obtain Matriculation Number and Print Admission Letter • If you have carried out the above steps, kindly click here to continue.
